Cornaro Cuisine Cookbook
The Chicago Vassar Club is raising scholarship funds by publishing a cookbook, Cornaro Cuisine: A Vassar cookbook with a liberal arts flavor.
The cookbook includes recipes compiled for the 2005 “Food-Themed” Chicago Vassar Club Scholarship Benefit at Kendall College and from Vassar alumnae/i around the world. It also contains a brief history of dining at Vassar, and interesting facts and stories related to food.
It is a delicious mix of fun recipes and fascinating facts for only $35.00.
