Volume 3 Issue 2 eNewsletter for Vassar Regional Volunteers Spring 2009

A Message from your Brew Masters

Cathy LunnDear Club Volunteers,

We want to thank all of our regional volunteers for keeping the spirit of Vassar alive in her alumnae/i through your programs and activities. Your efforts and enthusiasm on behalf of your alma mater are greatly appreciated.

These days, the strength of connections - with the College and with each other - is more important than ever. We strongly urge your club to continue engaging local alumnae/i; host a cocktail party, or a business card exchange party, provide the opportunity for alumnae/i to network with each other. Keep up your good work by helping us strengthen the bond that Vassar's alumnae/i share.

As a reminder, for those of you who have not yet returned your updated list of club officers and treasurer reports please do so. Our sincere thanks to those of you who have.

Chris ViolaAllow me to introduce myself to those in the AAVC community I have not had the pleasure to meet or speak with over the phone or via email. I’m Chris Viola and have worked as an administrative assistant in the Program Department at AAVC since December 2008. In this position I assist Cathy Lunn in processing your requests for club directories, membership lists, and labels; submitting broadcast emails and event calendar items, and certificate of insurance forms; assisting with mini-reunions; and offering any other support club volunteers may require.

I look forward to working with each one of you on any upcoming events.

All the best,

Cathy Lunn
