As AAVC director of communications, Samantha manages all aspects of association communications and marketing. In addition, she is editor of  Vassar, the Alumnae/i Quarterly (VQ), managing its staff and overseeing the direction of the magazine. Samantha chairs the VQ Advisory Committee, which consists of alumnae/i in the fields of journalism and magazine publishing.

In addition to general writing and editing duties for Vassar, the Alumnae/i Quarterly, Tom manages the receipt and tracking of submissions for the magazine. Tom also coordinates the Class Notes process for the magazine and oversees the 108 class correspondents. Contact him with general inquiries about the magazine, including questions about submission deadlines, mailing dates, story ideas, and announcements.

Martha oversees the operation and marketing of Alumnae House: the Inn at Vassar College. In addition, as Alumnae House Manager Martha acts as the chief liaison between the exclusive in-house caterer and AAVC. Martha also staffs the Alumnae House Committee (an advisory group of alumnae/i volunteers in fields of hospitality, business management, and interior design/architecture).
